Nairobi's events market is seasonal. This calendar tells you when to book, when to avoid and how far ahead each format needs.
Peak windows
Late February to early April and September to mid-November are peak. Venues, AV kit and senior producers all book out — Cara recommends a 6-month lead time for conferences in these windows.
AGM season
Kenyan financial-year AGMs cluster April-June. Book by January.
